The blue book contains a list of the names of people who allegedly received drug money from Espinosa.
Espinosa's accountant, who listed downs the names, has also given his statement to the police.
Espenido added that it was Kevin who told them about Kerwin's meeting with De Lima.
Aside from Kevin Espinosa's affidavit, other personalities involved in Espinosa's illegal drug operation have also submitted their respective affidavits to the Albuera Police.
Albuera Police has filed a case against De Lima and other local officials at the Office of the Ombudsman in Tacloban City.
